Please enable Javascript in your browser to view this content. If that is not an option for you, please call the YWCA Billings office directly at 406.252.6303 during business hours to learn more about the Gateway Vista shelter.

Gateway Vista is a low income housing tax credit property approved by Montana Board of Housing. Residents of Gateway Vista must income qualify. Rents are based on a percentage of area median income. Preference is given to Gateway Shelter residents first and then to other survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. All residents of Gateway Vista will be required to participate in some level of Resident Services. We encourage the use of the Eligibility Assessment Tool to gauge qualification. Interested prospects may apply online on the Rental Application page, or by filling out the Rental Application. Call 406.252.6303 for further information.
